One person's surplus is another's necessity, Valley food banks hope overflowing citrus trees can be turned into food for those in need this winter.For those who pick their own fruit for donation, St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance will hold its annual Super Citrus Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 22.
